Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days of submission.
We use Canada Post, UPS, and DHL as our shipping carriers and charge actual shipping rates that are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Canada – 4 to 7 days
  • USA – 7 to 10 days
  • International – 10 to 21 days

Please note items shipped outside of Canada or the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through Ellbe Skincare. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Changes and Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to make any adjustments to your order, just reach out to us at store@ellbe.ca as soon as you can. We're here to help and will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes or cancellations. Also, discounts and promotions can only be applied to current orders, so we can't apply them to previous purchases or manually adjust orders with discount codes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

To ensure your order arrives safely, please double-check that your delivery address and shipping information are accurate. We want to make sure your package reaches the right place!

While we cannot refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping information, lost, or stolen packages, we're here to support you. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately, and we'll do everything we can to assist you in locating it.

We do our best to package your products carefully when they’re being shipped, but sometimes spills or breaks will occur. If your product arrives in bad condition, please snap a couple of pictures and send them to store@ellbe.ca. We will assess the damage and do our best to make you happy.
