Energy Balls

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 3 teaspoons of flax seeds 
  • 3 teaspoons of sesame seeds 

Place first two ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. Add dates, coconut oil, flakes, and seeds, and blend to the desired consistency. Form balls. Enjoy.
