Chia Seeds Pudding

Great to have as a breakfast or snack 
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 teaspoons of Chia seeds  
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or your choice of milk) 
  • blueberries 
  • walnuts 
  • honey/maple syrup 
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together chia seeds and milk. Freeze overnight. Add the desired amount of blueberries, walnuts, and honey in the morning. Enjoy.
