Chia Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup of water 
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 
  • 3 apples
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger root 
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if the consistency is too thick. Enjoy.
