Carrot Spinach Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 
  • 1 carrot 
  • 1 cup of spinach 
  • 1/2 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if the consistency is too thick. Enjoy.
